Preparation Method

Olah Sambar Powder – Dhal 1/5 cup, Olah sambar powder - 3 teaspoon, Green Chillies-6, Onion Large-3, Tomato-3, Curry leaves-a few Mustard- teaspoon, Vegetable oil-2table spoon, Salt-to taste, Potato other vegetable 250gm.

Boil the Dhal in sufficient water, Add cleaved Green chillies and cut onions. When the Dhal is cooked well, add the tomato and other vegetables along with 3 teaspoons Olah sambar powder. If you prefer more of sour taste, add a bit of tamarind. When the preparation thickens bring it down from fire. Season the mustard and curry leaves in vegetable oil and add it to the preparation. Delicious and Aromatic South Indian Sambar is ready
