Preparation Method
Olah Chicken Masala – Chicken-1.5Kg, Olah Chicken Masala-2 tablespoon, Onion small-1cup, Onion Big-1 cup, Ginger-2 pieces, Vineger-2 teaspoons, Garlic-2 clove, Veg.oil-1 tablespoon, Curry leaves-a few, salt to taste.
Clean chicken and cut into fairly large pieces, Gring garlic, ginger and add to olah chicken masala, vinegar, salt and make it in a jelly form. Marinate it on Chicken pieces and keep it aside for half an hour . Saute onion, garlic, mustard and mix with Chicken. Pressure cooks the chicken for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste. Delicious Chicken curry is ready. Serve hot.
For frying Chicken: Pressure cook Chicken as detailed above and boil it until the gravy thickens. Mix 1 tablespoon Olah Chicken masala and teaspoons maida in water and stir it well, Dip the Chicken pieces into it and deep fry in vegetable oil. Serve hot
