Preparation Method

Step – 1

1.5 to 2 cup of boiling water, add 1 cup of Olah Pathiri podi and salt as required.

Step – 2

Mix and knead well when still hot to make smooth dough. (while kneading, use boiled water if required). Make small ball of this dough. Then sprinkle some rice and roll to thin pathiris.

Step – 3

Cook on hot tawa with out using oil
