Preparation Method

Step – 1

To 1 cup of Olah dosa podi add 11/4 cup of water. For best result, add 1 tbsp of cooked rice.

Step – 2

Mix well to make smooth, lumb-free batter, keep aside for 10-12 hours.

Step – 3

Add salt to taste. Make Dosas on a hot tawa, adding ghee/oil as required.
